3D Interactive Staff
AD&V® is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Interactive Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating immersive 3D interactive spaces using Unreal Engine for various architectural applications. This is a Full-Time position in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The position is perfect for you if…
You have an Associate Degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
You are bilingual: English and Spanish.
You have proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Blueprints and C++ scripting.
You have expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting using software such as Rhinoceros 3D, 3D Max, Blender, etc.
You are familiar with architectural design principles and have experience working with architectural 3D models.
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include…
Develop 3D interactive spaces for architectural applications using RTR (real-time rendering) apps such as Unreal Engine 5.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to translate design projects into immersive 3D experiences.
Optimize 3D assets and environments for real-time performance and high-quality visuals through light baking and other techniques.
Implement user interfaces and interactive elements to enhance the user experience within virtual spaces and VR/AR environments.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D visualization, Unreal Engine, and related technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for projects as needed.
Take full advantage of digital design technologies including VR, AR, 3D printing, and metaverse real-estate development.
