The AD&V® Design Lab is the division that embodies our commitment to positively impacting people’s lives by providing a space to address emerging design solutions, explore cutting-edge technologies, and develop creative solutions for the global challenges we face. Our labs provide a space for this exploration.

This technology enables us designers to enhance collaboration and develop sustainable, efficient solutions for our clients, fostering clearer communication and exceeding expectations during the design phase.

Our AD&V® Design Labs include a Maker Lab for 3D-printed creations, a Meta Lab for Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, and a Media Lab, which is our Podcasting and Media Outlet.


The goal of our AD&V® Maker Lab is to bring this exciting technology to a broad variety of users in the most accessible, friendly, and empowering way possible. The Maker Lab provides support for 3D printing operations such as assisting in the creation of true-to-scale models, 3D scanning, and laser cutting requests. The Maker Lab helps us curate, generate, and organize 3D models that highlight our firm’s design projects.


Our AD&V® Meta Lab focuses on using various architectural applications to create immersive 3D spaces and experiences for our projects. Our Meta Lab is used to optimize 3D assets and environments for real-time performance and high-quality visuals, implement user interfaces and interactive elements to enhance the user experience within AD&V®’s virtual spaces and take full advantage of digital design technologies, including Augmented Reality and Metaverse real-estate development to promote our firm’s growth.


Our AD&V® Media Lab serves as our dedicated communication hub and creative space, tailored for Podcasting and as the heart of our media outlet. Equipped with state-of-the-art recording equipment and versatile multimedia capabilities, it fosters innovation and collaboration. Here, ideas come to life, stories find their voice, and connections are forged, shaping the narrative of our brand's journey.
