Project Manager
AD&V® is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing and talented Project Management Team. This person will be responsible for effectively managing projects and executing them from A to Z. This includes initiating, planning, facilitating, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within the project’s scope, time, quality, and budget considerations to ensure goals and objectives are met as well as client satisfaction. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and experience in Architectural Project Management.
You have a minimum of eight or more years’ relevant experience in the Architecture or Construction Industry.
You are bilingual: English and Spanish.
You have strong Professional References.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
You have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project or similar management software.
Preferably, you have software knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
You have proven working experience in Project Management.

This is a Full-Time position in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Your responsibilities will include…
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Project Architect and the client.
Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing client contacts, optimizing all potential opportunities.
Understand client requirements and ensure that their needs are met throughout the project, provide updates on the project’s progress, and address any concerns and questions.
Develop project plans (strategies), and define a project scope of work, its goals, and deliverables.
Focus on the smooth management of the project process, ensuring clarity of requirements, deliverables, timelines, and visibility against fees throughout the project life cycle.
Establish timelines and allocate resources.
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within budget constraints.
Manage, develop, and implement the project's permit strategy, as well as coordinate all permit documentation required by the permitting office.
Review internal project accounting documents and process draft project billing.
Contribute positively to project reports and staffing meetings with concise and accurate information to continually improve the studio’s delivery and financial objectives.
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
Work with the Project Architect and the marketing team to ensure that the project story is documented, and that photography/videography is arranged as needed.
Researching and finding solutions when necessary.
